PPE - Show Me Yours and I'll Show You Mine!
Hear directly from Celeste Wooten, a CNA with over 20 years of experience, as she shares stories from the field (good, bad and ugly!) and shows you just what goes on in the wacky, wonderful world of PPE! This will be an interactive session, where CNAs in the audience will have the opportunity to get directly involved and even show off their own PPE prowess! You will learn why we need PPE, scenarios that call for the use of PPE, and how to don and doff PPE correctly.
Celeste M. Wooten, CNA, CMA, CHPNA

She also obtained an Associate’s Degree as a Medical Assistant and a CHPNA (Certified Hospice Palliative Nursing Assistant). Currently, she serves on the CNA Steering Commission for the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO) and was recently elected to the Board of Directors for the National Association of Health Care Assistants (NAHCA).
